A Tale Of One City [v2.3] By Project Blossom

There are a large number of blackened trees in the city, and not all of them have the tell-tale white rope bindings, and are simply a pure black color. Do not confuse these with the other partially-black trees, which are smaller in stature. Several of the trees will still be cursed, and give off a faint sickly mist, so ignore these. In total there are twenty trees to be bloomed, not counting those found in the Aristocratic Quarter (but do not ignore them, for they too give free Praise).
